Who we are
UNITED SAFE UNION BANK is a member-to-member digital bank. Every member is issued a unique account number tied to their verified legal name and profile details, and money moves between member accounts inside our own double-entry ledger. We do not operate external payment rails, so funds are held and transferred strictly between accounts at this bank.
How we operate
Customer funds are represented as internal account balances backed by double-entry ledger records. A balance can only change through an atomic database transaction triggered by a fully verified transfer. No client-side code can alter a balance, a status or a permission.
Governance
Administrative work is separated into five roles — Super Admin, Admin, Transaction Officer, Support Officer and Auditor — each with permissions enforced on the backend. Every administrative action is written to an append-only audit log capturing the actor, role, target, reason and timestamp.
